World At Work and PeopleMatters offered a course called Global Remuneration Professional, and at the end of it they held a end of course party. This presentation was created to back up a speech while the diplomas were handed out.

Completely created in Flash, this presentation is thought to be like a slideshow, pausing repeatedly to allow who is giving the presentation talk as long as he needs. With a keystroke, or with on-screen controls which appear on moving the mouse to the bottom of the screen, it can be resumed, and the entire movie can be controlled from there as well.

Because of limitations in Flash, the online version allows only to use the on-screen controls, and not the keyboard.
