Welcome!

My name is Miro Keller, I'm 22 years old, and I'm originally from Switzerland, but I grew up on the Canary Islands since 1987. I've ben creating and designing since I was 10 years old, when I got my first computer.

After completing high school, I went to Madrid, where I completed my studies as Audio Engeneer. At the same time, I was working at Niko & Klaus, as graphic designer. Since some months, I've been working as freelance (on my own), and my works reach from Print Graphics Design (corporate identity, catalogs, flyers, posters...) to every kind of online and multimedia work. Now I'm based in Colchester, in the UK.

I speak four languages: Spanish, Swiss, German and English.

Design

A good communication is crucial to every company that seeks success, and any time it establishes such a communication, it can reach potential customers. From the most basic, such as a calling card, a banner, a presentation for your next meeting, etc; to complex projects, such as an online store, a Flash game, an interactive CD, etc; all of them have one thing in common: the first impression is what counts the most.

Projects

I've got wide interests, but I feel most attracted to technology, science, music and other geeky stuff. I'll post on my Projects page the things I get involved, and on the Blog you'll find the bits of my reading that I find the most interesting.

I'm a musician by devotion (guitarist), and I've studied my career at Audio Engeneering at the SAE Institute, which is the reason I came to Madrid. I haven't wrote much songs to date, but I'll get on to this soon.

I'm also a programmer in my spare time, and I'm currently working on an app wich runs on Mac OS X. It's called "The Base", and it allows you to organize the files you donwload easily, to avoid all the mess that usually appears on the Desktop, the Documents or Downloads folder.
